Here is my take and more data, compared to the same month last year:
- The Number of units sold is up 49% and the same can be said about the $Volume - Up 46%. Inventory is a little bit up, but not dramatically.
- But this would be sensational if it was not for presales, the churn of short-term accommodation, and a few high-end sales.
- We are still dramatically short of any reasonably priced family homes! In the price range of $700k to 1.3M.
